When you sign up with Gbackup you gain access to free 24/7 telephonic support. This means that should you ever have any difficulty or queries, even after working hours, you are always backed up by our reliable and highly trained technical support team.

Installation and Onsite Support
Installation can be performed by anyone who is computer savvy and should you get stuck our telephonic helpline is always available.
However if you would prefer for us to send a technician onsite to install Gbackup on your system/s we do charge a nominal fee.
Onsite support is very rarely needed as once your Gbackup application is installed correctly it should run like clockwork. However if a pc is stolen or formatted and a re-installtion is required, a call-out option is available.
Maintenance is also offered to our SLA clients who require server monitoring as well as remote support. Ask us about our remote support service and online ticketing system.
