Each reseller will be required to actively promote the Gbackup Solution. Gbackup maintains the right to suspend software accounts due to shortfall in payments or misuse of the Gbackup application and software.(please view terms and conditions and privacy policy)
Gbackup will not be held liable for any poor IT setup / configuration, incompatibilities, inferior hardware systems or other issues not relating directly to the Gbackup software or solution at an end-user level. It is the sole responsibility of the reseller to ensure that a good working environment is maintained and that the correct systems are in operation to be able to make use of the Gbackup solution.
